Early Voting Starts on October 24th

American_Flag  Election Day is just around the corner—Tuesday, November 8. Skip the last minute lines and cast your ballot during early voting.

Polls will be open Mon., Oct. 24 through Fri., Nov. 4, including weekends, and best of all—voters may go to any Bexar County polling location that is convenient during early voting hours.  Don’t forget to bring an accepted form of photo ID (a Texas driver’s license or U.S. passport work, among others) since an August 2016 court order made presenting one mandatory during in person voting.

Have a student who is away at college and not coming back until after the elections?   Let them know they need to apply by October 28 to vote through the mail. Those who will be out of the area during early voting and on Election Day, as well as those over 65 or those who are unable to get to their polling place due to illness or disability also qualify to vote in the convenience of their own home.
